Objectives
The course focuses on prolonging work lives, a safe and healthy transfer from work to retirement, and on working after retirement in the third age.
Its purpose is to evaluate the best practices and to create new concepts at individual, enterprise and society levels.
After completing the course, the participants will be able to understand the complexity of longer work lives and retirement, to identify evidence-based concepts and tools, and to plan actions and measures to be taken.
